Lost or Delayed Packages
We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control. If your package appears lost, please contact the carrier (USPS, UPS etc.) If you any other questions please contact us and we will do our best to assist you.
Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damaged item and packaging. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.
